Christmas 2011

It has been a while, I know. We were busy with a few things but my goal this weekend is to get caught up on the blog. here we go...
Christmas 2011 - We had a very nice and quite Christmas at home in Scotland because I was too pregnant to fly (and secretly hoping that the baby would come early anyway). It was nice to not rush around as we had no where to be and no one to see. We did miss our families though. Thomas kind of got "Santa Clause" and it was so great to see his reaction to all the presents that appeared Christmas morning. We spent ALL morning opening presents. Actually it was more like open present, play with present for 30 minutes, mom and dad convince him to open another, play.. etc. We loved it! The weather was so nice we even played outside that afternoon. After all the presents were finally opened we spent the rest of the day preparing our Christmas feast, Carne Guisada + rice + beans. I don't think we got out of our pjs until noon  that day. It was great. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

Other events in the Christmas album are picking the tree, the santa train, a christmas party with friends, boxing day (day after Christmas) at the park and Christmas eve smores and New Year's Eve wings & lanterns with the McLeans.
